Job Description

\xef\x82\xb7 We are looking for someone who will be responsible for deal
identification, sourcing / execution and closure of private equity,
venture capital, M&A transactions. Must have experience in the entire
life cycle of transaction.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of pitch books such as IM, Teasers, Presentations, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Thorough understanding of financial accounting, including the inter-
relationship between key financial statements (profit and loss
statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement).
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be able to build an integrated financial model from scratch and
be confident to audit or amend working models. Familiar with
standardized financial metrics.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of corporate finance and
valuation techniques.
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of the concept of Enterprise Value, Net Debt and Equity

Value. Familiar with the concepts of time value of money, net present
value, internal rate of return, portfolio theory, the capital asset pricing
model (CAPM) and WACC etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead due diligence process and ensure its closure.
\xef\x82\xb7 Interaction with the potential investors, investment bankers, legal
firms, due diligence agencies etc. for successful closure of the
transaction.
\xef\x82\xb7 Negotiation with Investors/Lenders on term sheets and Definitive
agreements.

\xef\x82\xb7 Team player, with the ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under
pressure
\xef\x82\xb7 Self-starter with good analytical skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Has thorough understanding of financial statements
\xef\x82\xb7 Has thorough understanding of business valuation methods
\xef\x82\xb7 Has networking abilities to build relationship with the clients &
investors
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in spoken and written English
