Key Role Accountabilities: 1. Project Finance Mastery: - Initiate & lead high-value projects, ensuring financial feasibility & optimal capital allocation. - Navigate through complex financial modeling, risk analysis, and return on investment calculations. - Liaise with global teams, financial institutions & stakeholders to secure project financing. 2. Treasury Oversight: - Manage global liquidity & cash flow to ensure operational and strategic financial needs are met. - Oversee cash management, investments, and risk mitigation against currency fluctuations & interest rates. - Champion capital raising strategies including, but not limited to, bonds, commercial papers, and syndicated loans. 3. International Optionally Convertible Debentures Expertise: - Structure and strategize the issuance, management, and redemption processes. - Ensure compliance with international regulations & best practices. 4. Financial Foresight: - Analyze global economic trends, predicting their impact on our portfolio & adjusting financial strategies proactively. - Streamline financial operations, optimize returns, & manage risks across all operating countries. 5. Leadership & Collaboration: - Mentor & cultivate a team of finance professionals. - Foster collaborations with internal teams & external partners to align financial operations with business objectives. Ideal Candidate Profile: - ???? Formal education in Finance or a related field. - ???? A minimum of 10 years in corporate finance, with a distinguished track record in project finance. - ???? Demonstrable expertise in International Optional Cash Debentures and other illustrative finance options. - ???? Previous experience in a global role or with multinational companies is a plus.
