Job Description
A leading export house is hiring for the profile of Finance and Accounts Manager.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2-6 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and monitor financial systems to meet financial objectives.
- Monitor revenue and expenses
- Maintain internal control and other best practice for recording and preparation of financial-statements, ensuring they are complete and accurate,
- Establish Accounts payable control system (including reconciliations) for management decisions
- Prepare MIS reports periodically, cost effective analysis, standardize system for cost reduction and eliminate waste
- Dealing with audit teams, establish system for internal audit
- Participate in automating repetitive tasks, creating sophisticated financial models,and streamlining data analysis
- Any other work required to accomplish the job profile
Desired candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
