Manager - Finance - Accounts Receivables with a leading hospitality company - CA

- Order to cash reconciliation - Oversee and review the order level reconciliation for delivery sales between aggregator, order management system and POS. The reconciliation will be performed by the outsourced team

- Receivable Management - Ensure timely collections and closure of monthly reconciliations with food aggregators, timely settlement of cash and card collection at stores. There will be a team that will support preparation of reconciliations, collections and following up with aggregators and stores.

- Customer Management - Liaison with food aggregators on a regular basis to ensure timely reconciliations and resolution of any open items. Build relationship with the customers.

- Refunds - Oversee and approve refunds in respect of dine-in sales. Streamline the process working with vendors and Brands team to ensure timely refunds.

- IT Automation - Collaborate with IT team to build automation in respect of the order to cash reconciliation and food aggregator reconciliation. Strengthening the order to cash process to address any revenue leakage issues and make the process efficient

- Order management system vs POS - Oversee daily reconciliation between order management system and POS and identify gaps, if any. Collaborate with order management system vendor, IT team and marketing team to address those gaps on a near to real-time basis.

- Daily Work Management - To oversee the work done by third party accounts and transaction processing team. Providing guidance to the team as and when required.
