Job Description


Position Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible to generate revenue for the organization through new client acquisitions & managing existing accounts portfolio. This position will be responsible for the sales effort, acquiring new accounts and achieving revenue plan from new and existing accounts in specific vertical/region. The person will be responsible to position FADV as the preferred screening partner with customers and drive strategic level engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying & targeting prospective clients.
  • Responsible for new client acquisitions and spearheading key relationships with decision makers (CXO / CHRO) in prospective companies.
  • Identification of opportunities with new products, geographies and industry verticals to generate additional revenue streams targeting large Enterprises / B2B space.
  • Consultative sales approach & educating customers by pitching FADV value proposition to decision makers.
  • Achieving account revenue and profitability targets.
  • Effective key account/portfolio management and client retention.
  • Ensure effective co-ordination with pre-sales, product development and Operation delivery teams for seamless delivery and manage service levels as per guidelines.
  • Participation in corporate engagements, industry body events/conference to connect & build network with relevant decision makers/CXOs and position FADV as Thought Leader.
  • To ensure the accuracy, quality and timeliness of project delivery and analysis for the same.
  • Adherence to sales CRM usage and set reporting formats/data management tools to measure sales efficiency & productivity.
  • Billing & receivables management for timely collections of receivables.
  • Being the deal owner for all your new deals in the funnel.
  • Closing deals (80% of your time) but also some lead development and coaching of inside sales reps (20% of your time)
  • Transferring deals to account management after closing.
Experience:
  • 8 to 10 years in the relevant role.
