- Manage and deliver the CRM platform (Salesforce) functionality and roll out new initiatives (Working closely with Overseas Region to drive projects, new enhancements in the CRM system)
- Define complete customer journey and manage this journey using Salesforce; automate journeys where possible
- Support in overall digital transformation initiatives of company
- Manage customer data with a key emphasis on database management and ensuring high data quality
- Work closely with Retailer Partners to support them with their campaigns in CRM system (Campaign Creation, lead analysis etc.)
- Manage end-to-end processes of the call-centre
- Manage and deliver analytic services and provide support to cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, CRC etc.)
