Role Description The Manager - Category Management - Women\'s is a full-time role, located in Surat with flexibility for remote work. The Manager will be responsible for owning the Women\'s category, building an assortment strategy, and will work with brands and suppliers to drive incremental sales growth through improved visibility, selection, and pricing. The Manager will organize and manage category marketing plans and promotional activities, analyze sales and inventory data, and measure business results. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, category management, merchandising or buying across Categories. Prior working experience in the Women\'s merchandise category is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. Demonstrable track record of successful negotiations, relationship management, and team management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Self-starter, capable of developing and implementing solutions with little to no supervision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
