Mens wear is a steady pillar of the organization contributing to 24% of the external brands business.

With an increased focus on men\'s essentials and sports wear categories, looking out for a manager who

would be a good fit to the team and instrumental in driving the business.

Roles and responsibilities

Role: Drive the business for Mens wear in the relevant category with focus on growth and increasing the

market share. Manage relationships with brand partners & establish Myntra as the preferred

destination for customers as well as brand partners.

Responsibilities:

\xef\x82\xb7 Intake / OTB management

\xef\x82\xb7 Selection - responsible for merchandising, assortment planning, option plans pre-season as well as

in season to ensure that the category is well represented

\xef\x82\xb7 Category visibility planning & interventions - plan brand level promotions & launches

\xef\x82\xb7 Identify gaps in product offerings & subsequently introduce / onboard new brands / categories

\xef\x82\xb7 Be an effective bridge between brands & internal teams for all communications

\xef\x82\xb7 Cross Functional Capabilities: Should be able to fruitfully coordinate with marketing, supply chain,

cataloguing, finance / commercial and other functions of the organization

\xef\x82\xb7 Supervision and Monitoring of Operations: Should have prior experience or enough knowledge &

confidence to manage merchandising operations, inbound planning, cataloguing monitoring &

discount monitoring

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate from NIFT or other reputed institution

5-6 Years of relevant experience in Apparel buying / planning / merchandising

Willingness to learn, innovate, take initiatives

Expertise in working on Excel and analytical platforms

Customer centric, creative & analytical problem-solving mindset

Ability to work as part of a team & collaborate with others while demonstrating leadership skills

Should be good at multitasking & critical thinking
