This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground level and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Global Services India (KGSI) over the next several years . What You Will Do Development of individuals to realize their full potential and maximize their contributions. Lead by example and embed our values as the foundation of the operational excellence strategy. Contribute to the development and execution of talent strategies that will help improve our talent recruiting, onboarding, and retention. Assist in prioritization of work for the team, coordination and scheduling activities, performance evaluations, goal setting, etc. Identify and lead process improvement projects and teams to drive continuous improvement and cultural change. Strong organizational skills. Strategize and collaborate on cross-functional talent needs. Partner closely with product team leadership (Product Manager & Owner) and key business partners (HR & cross-functional leaders). Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Leadership experience as a Manger, team lead, product owner, product manager, project manager, or relevant informal leadership responsibility. Experience in developing strong relationships. Experience in delegating tasks while maintaining accountability. Experience communicating and presenting to all levels within an organization. Ability to establish effective partnerships across teams and influence management, peers, and individuals in an inclusive style to leverage their abilities and knowledge. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce. What Will Put You Ahead Able to challenge the status quo and introduce change. Experience working with global enterprise teams. An accounting or finance background in consolidated reporting. Product team experience in being agile.
