We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Business Analyst:
In this role, you will:

  • The role is offering a good opportunity to work in Regulatory environment way on high performant technology. Agile development methodology followed make this role challenging. It offers collaboration across multiple teams from different locations. It allows to interact with the brightest minds from the business and technology.
  • This role is required to have effective communication across stakeholders, and it creates good opportunity to thrive in a matrix organization and excellent product / Regulatory reporting knowledge.
  • Arrange business workshops for managing the requirements prioritization. This will require excellent product knowledge and regulatory reporting exposure.
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
  • Liaising with FCM and Business User to get the sign-off
  • Acceptance testing result verification
  • Prepare Solution proposals with Clear Choice and getting them approved in Design Review Forum.
  • Supporting the development and testing stages of the change request through to implementation.
  • Respond to user queries in timely fashion involving production.
  • Able to comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical, and business requirements into executable architectural designs.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for the requirements.
  • Prepare estimates and delivery plan for all phases of the project
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project team meetings
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership and business.
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
  • Manage project scope and changes.
  • Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders
  • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
  • Support formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contract
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business stakeholders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Support diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Exposure to Liquidity/IRR/NCCR reporting
  • Exposure to ETL setup.
  • Exposure to Cloud platform
  • Exposure to handling multilocational teams.
