Position: Sales Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Coating Applications.R*eporting to: *HOD & DirectorDept.: Marketing & SalesOffice Location: Mumbai (Malad)Location of Candidate: Western line preferable however we can accept candidate if he/she is ready to relocate or convenient for travellingIndustry: Paper coating and Textile coating industry experienceAge: up to 40 YearsExperience: 3-7 years' relevant experience in Paper coating applicationQualification: Science graduate/ Master or B. Tech. / Pulp & Paper TechnologistGender: MaleResponsibilities: Responsible for Marketing & Sales of chemical paper and board mills across india. Regular interaction with end users of coated paper and paper board chemical products for sales volume Targeting of Sales Volume for coated paper and board chemical Drive new sales growth of retention & drainage programs, functional additives, specialty chemical applications within the Pulp and Paper industry Co-ordination with the mill for order servicing Branding, developing market and capturing best value for company's product. Also involved in selection of Dealers, retail chain, geographical allocation of markets, pricing, drafting and implementing promotional strategies Managing customer relationship and complaints Monitoring the product performance and & implementing new product strategies to increase the volumes Follow up with existing customers for outstanding / future sales orders and payment.Computer knowledge: MS office- specially MS Excel, MS outlook, Power Point Presentation & ERPSkills: Solutions-focused, energetic, self-starter, highly motivated with proven success in increasing company revenues and accelerating business growth An effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills. Enjoy working in result-oriented and fast-paced environments Experience in sales of various grades of papers chemicals such as writing & printing, Coated paper, Digital grades of paper An effective team member with experience of co-ordination with cross-cultural teams under multinational environment. Spearheaded functions pertaining to Sales and marketing, production management and process monitoring, process implementation Experience in educating the customer about the product application and technical know-how of the product Need to Travel (Compulsory)Salary: Up to 5.25 Lac P.A + Yearly bonus + Performance bonus & all other benefits as per company's standard rules and regulations.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
