Our APIs and platform deal with over 150 billion engagements annually. Sinch, 2nd largest cPaaS and messaging provider in the world is looking for Sales/Business Development talent at its Chennai (India) location.
Position: Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales (Business Development Role)
Core Responsibilities
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and schedule appointments with the decision makers
- Confident to go out and meet the prospective clients
- Pipeline management and analysis to ensure a high conversion rate from MQL to SQL to Booked Order
- Work closely with Sales stakeholders to ensure smooth distribution and handover of SQLs
- Manage live inbound contact channels
- Sales phone calls
- Website chat & attend Direct Inbound Calls
- Update and maintain CRM data to the highest accuracy
- Report and forecast on performance
- Volume of SQLs
- Volume of SALs (Sales Accepted Leads)
- Total value of Orders Booked
- MQL to SQL conversion
- SQL to SAL conversion
Education: BBA/MBA/B.Tech or any Graduate
