Require - School Cluster Head in Hinjewadi Pune

A middle level Operations professional with competencies in procurement, facilities, infrastructure management, regulatory compliance, HSCP with an average work experience to be around 10-15 years. Reporting to Business Head

Salary - 13 - 15 LPA

Gender Preference - Male

Requirements

Procurement & Logistics

\xc2\xb7 Vendor identification & management

\xc2\xb7 Validation of procurement requirements at school, Maintenance of records, disposal of capex related material etc

\xc2\xb7 Handle the complete process of procurement for all items & equipment to include for school, IT hardware, related applications & services

\xc2\xb7 Implementation of Contracts & Agreements and regulatory compliance.

Infrastructure

\xc3\x98 Planning, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure / expansions.

\xc3\x98 Execution of infra projects, agreements, interior works, air-conditioning, repair, maintenance and AMCs.

\xc3\x98 Contract execution for periodical maintenance of electrical equipment, generators, transformer & related services.

Operations and HSCP:

\xc2\xb7 Electrical safety, water, & food safety standards.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for school readiness- School supplies, vendor readiness and delivery

\xc2\xb7 IT Management- Reduction of downtimes of all ICT assets at school

\xc2\xb7 Fire Risk Assessment & Mitigation.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for all school regulatory approvals and renewals-Fire NOC, building stability, Water and Sanitation certificate, local govt approvals, Lift etc

\xc2\xb7 Procurement, installation and maintenance of safety equipment, CCTV infrastructure management.

\xc2\xb7 School Transport Fleet management for reduction of transportation risk on a continual basis, day to day management, GPS and Bus route tracking

\xc2\xb7 Support school in fee collection, updation of records

\xc2\xb7 Physical Security risk assessment & audit.

\xc2\xb7 Deployment and checks \xe2\x80\x93 HK and Security

\xc2\xb7 Execution and enforcement of the Service Level Agreements with the Security Service Providers.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate identification of vendors for facilitating recruitment for school roles, HR practices, BGV and PV Compliance

\xc2\xb7 Repairs and Maintenance \xe2\x80\x93 upkeep, monitoring of school resources

The candidate should be a team player, verbal and non-verbal communication skills & ability to deliver in a highly competitive and professional work environment. The IT and Internet applications knowledge is a must.
