Job Description
Profile-Head Operation /SalesJob location-Manpada,ThaneSalary- up to 12 lacMust be from FTL/Transport back ground Looking after Branch operation in all related matters as a Team Leader.2. 98% vehicle placement. Also capable of placement of trucks as and when required to achieve the 98% placement.
3. Motivate loading supervisors and ensure 90% damage free consignments.
4. Works as a KAM for the customers of the branch.
5. Authorization of all cash & bank related matters through "Cash book".
6. Branch Costing & Profitability target meeting.
7. 95% on time delivery as per customer lead time.
8. Resolution to customer all complaints and maintain a register for the same.
9. Ensuring the arrival and POD within TAT.
10. Must be inclined to increase revenue in the branch.
11. Ensuring all recovery of deduction from the broker or customer.
12. Ensure E-Way bill is not expired which needs to be checked on daily basis.
