Key Accountabilities:

• \xe2\x80\x8bProvide relevant data and analysis of different reports throughout the supply chain
• Responsible for harmonizing and monitoring supply chain reports & documentation at site
• Prepare& supervise the team to ensure timely invoice of shipments & it\xe2\x80\x99s related documentation.
• Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to invoice & commercial documentation in Logistics.
• Work with transport specialist & warehouse specialist on timely delivery of shipments.
• Responsible for establishing specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems
• Responsible for utilizing logistics IT systems or software to optimize procedures
• Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management
• Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of shipment details, DPOs to prepare the DST & OTIF reports.
• Analyze the daily shipments & do RCA for preparing right reposting for OTIF misses along with planning team.
• Coordinate with external warehouse & transport service providers for timely submission of bills & it\xe2\x80\x99s payment with finance.
• Optimize the detention cost while sharing the right reporting with Logistics manager on detention bills.
• Modify/Renew warehouse contracts on timely basis before due dates
• Coordinate with cross functional team in Planning, Manufacturing, quality & finance
• Be the champion of ERP software and train different people on regular basis.
• Prepare & Manage all external warehouse & transport vendor bills and related documentation records

Export Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree specialization in Logistics Management preferred
• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience as Logistics Analyst/Specialist in a related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Logistics operations and it\xe2\x80\x99s related practices.
• Master in in ERP software.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
