You will be working as Procurement and Logistics Specialist and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Measurement & Analytics Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to SCM Manager. Responsible to Support the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of Procurement practice approved activities. Executes assigned activities based on the standard procedures.Your responsibilities Design and implement plans for local and import sourcing to reach the business targets. Supports Local sourcing initiatives as required. And create the company's supply chain strategy. Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues. Direct and coordinate Local & Global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction. Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly. Resolve issues that come up (e.g., delays in delivery, accidents). And collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business. Work directly with sales & Bids department to determine most cost-effective offers of materials. Apply and implement PL standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability. Execute and implement new directions within the area of responsibility. Your background B.E. Instrumentation with minimum 2-5 year of Experience in Sourcing in Project Business. Strong Negotiation Skills and contract management. Previous experience in Instrumentation and Analyzer business. Experience in SAP MM Module. Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges. Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment.
