Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide - Responsible for Internal logistics Management (Internal warehosue management) - Ensure that employees operate in an environment that complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies - Manage the physical flow whether internally managed or subcontracted, and ensure the compliance of those activities with AZDP standards (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan) - Implement development plans - Define and deploy logistics continuous improvement roadmap according to APSYS standards - Define and deploy improvement in order to reduce logistics costs - Provide reporting to management for the various supply chain KPI Mandatory: - Line feeding and issuance of material as per different project wise requirement - System supprot for post SAP-GSI implementation - Ensure material preservation and stock accuracy, apply Alstom rules in terms of cycle counting. Special stock management - Ensure kitting and line feeding - Prefered with SAP WM/MM Knowledge basics of Warehosue operation and management with Good communication skills - Coordinate with line leader for daily production requirement adn Advance plannign of next kitting and line feeding - Able to manage team size of 30 employees. - Strong Industrial and warehouse background - 5+years of recognized experience in the Logistics management within an international manufacturing company Competencies & Skills - Logistics expertise - Very good knowledge of SAP warehouse and material management - Special stock management - Focus on safety of material handling and warehousing activities - Team management - Accountability - Good communication skills Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow\'s mobility.
