Logistic Coordinator

Missions :

• 
  Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customs documents.
• Monitor indicators according to guidelines, and report any deviations
• Provide the customs officer with the DAE (accompanied by the original invoice) for each export to be checked.
• Coordinate with the customs officer the shipments by Rapid post/DHL/TNT/UPS (*METS).
• Provide the customs officer with invoices and final declarations for stamping.
• Retrieve inventory levels and production quantities in order to plan transport
• Recognize bottlenecks and initiate special actions (e.g. special or rapid transport, extra shifts, etc.)
• Place orders (e.g. materials, semifinished products, parts, containers, transport, etc.)
• Monitor delivery amounts and schedules
• Handle launches and phase-outs
• Handle excess inventory

Profile

• BTP, BTS Degree or Equivalent
• Good command of the English or the german language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack
• Good communication skills
