Job Description

1. To maintain and negotiate with existing Logistics
Vendor
2. To hire new Logistic Vendors
3. To coordinate with Sales Coordinator and
production for timely delivery of material as per
customer requirement
4. To organize logistics (Domestic and Exports /
Imports) as specified in ODS to ensure timely and
cheapest delivery to customers / GKDi.
5. To organize contracts with CHA and logistic vendors
6. To ensure lowest logistics cost
7. To provide logistic cost to sales coordinator to
prepare the budget sheets for logistics
8. To maintain logistics cost sheet for domestic and
exports / imports
9. To assist Sales Coordinator/ GM Sales to Prepare
and submit MIS to the Management
10. To maintain Logistic Gemba Board
