Growth Manager
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue expectations
- Identify and understand customer's recruiting challenges to prepare and present a customized recruitment strategy
- Develop and execute a sales strategy and aggressive sales plan metrics designed to create accountability and meet company revenue goals
- Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client
- Reviews all major deliverables
- Consistent reporting and updates via sales customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Provides regular two-way communication with the client to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
- Approves work orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing sales leadership of any problems that may arise
- Reports to the sales manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis
