Responsibilities for growth manager :
- Deliver high quality analysis and effectively support Vice President, Strategic Growth in their consultative process
- Understand full service platform and know which elements to leverage
- Develop and aggressively grow automotive and cars.com sales revenue in designated assignments through prospecting, cold calls and relationship development
- Proactively market cars.com to dealers in territory and convey the advantages of cars.com
- To attend all pertinent Cars.com training sessions as needed to maintain the highest product knowledge and emerging automotive digital industry trends
- On average, has advertising revenue responsibility of between $1-$3M annually
- Typically has 40-70 named accounts
- Has no budgetary or staff responsibility
- Develop and aggressively grow automotive sales revenue in designated assignments through prospecting, cold calls and relationship development
- To attend all pertinent training sessions as needed to maintain the highest product knowledge and emerging automotive digital industry trends
Qualifications for growth manager :
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and OLAP cubes
- Proven ability to use audience data to make successful products
- Strong experience presenting and collaborating on product design with cross-functional teams
- Typically requires a minimum of 3-4 year's experience in Sales or related field in online advertising
- Requires expertise to understand the critical role of networking and building internal and external networks to increase personal effectiveness
- Experience in running large-scale online user acquisition efforts in performance-driven environment.
