Working as Regional Sales Manager in respective Region
To drive self and team for Client Acquisition for Home Finance through internal x-sell channels.
To be alert on competitive elements in the target segment and augment the presence and penetration of kotak brand in target segment
Job Requirements
Relevant experience of more than 10 years in mortgage business, preferably in local market
Prior experience of handling and driving teams is preferred
Good Influential and relationship management skills
