Sr Manager - Vice President Enterprise Sales - Payment Gateway

Expertise required :

- Strong is strategizing business initiatives and executing business plans as per the P&L requirement.

- Exposure to the basics of the payment systems like payment gateways, payout solutions etc.

- Hard core B2B sales experience which involves interaction with senior members of the prospective organizations to crack deals.

- Acquired Key Merchants in Ecommerce, Grocery, Healthtech, D2C etc

- Should be from Bank and Fintech having acquiring experience

- Managing large clients and partnerships to generate business.

- Strong communication & presentation skills

- Ability to execute strategic initiatives with partners and clients.

- A person who is an absolute go getter, a leader and highly responsible towards the organization.

- Team management

:

- Understanding and executing the P&L requirements of the team.

- Meeting the manpower requirements like recruiting, training and developing a strong team.

- Managing a team of Enterprise sales experts, Retail sales managers, Partnership specialists and farming managers spread across multiple locations.

- Manage multiple internal and external stake holders.

- This role includes individual business contribution and as well as driving business through the team.

- The work starts with identifying the right set of prospects in the defined industry or region. (Prospecting)

- Connecting with the concerned members at the prospective client's organization.

- Understanding the current situation/pain points and identify opportunities of a collaboration with the prospects.

- Consulting and presenting the best possible solution for a possible service opportunity.

- Closing the deal in terms of the commercials and the agreement

- Handhold the client to get on-boarded in the system of SafexPay by completing the necessary documentation and integration.

- Manage the relationship. Grow revenues by increasing the SoW and cross sales.

- Key account management for new business opportunities & enhancements.
