RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES \xc2\xb7 Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line \xc2\xb7 Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring \xc2\xb7 Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits \xc2\xb7 Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals \xc2\xb7 Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same \xc2\xb7 Meet Business Targets \xc2\xb7 Improve agent productivity & retention \xc2\xb7 Maintain the quality vectors of business including persistency and surrender Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
