Looking for Legal head Non Litigation
Qualification:- LLB
Experience:- 18 Year to 20 Years
Industry:- Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer durable, FMCD
Key Points:-
- Draft, review and negotiate all commercial contractual documentation including but not limited to major financial agreements, consulting agreements, licensing, non-disclosure agreements, terms and amendments for customers and suppliers.
- Draft, manage, distribute, respond to, or analyze RFIs, RFPs, RFQs or customer terms and conditions as needed.
- Advise business on privacy/IP implications, advertising/promotional matters.
- Provide regulatory and compliance advice - in conjunction with the regulatory/compliance specialist for proactive and efficient management of legal and related compliance risks.
