Checking litigation
In death cases - checking Death Certificate, Probate/Will-details of heirs
Checking Address/PAN Cards, age details of Vendor
Reading POA\'s if given by Vendors
Checking the legality and validity of documents
Checking previous Title Documents

VI. Customers Query: 1. Replying to the queries by Sales/CCD Department 2. Replying to Customer Queries 3. Drafting various types of letters/replies to the Customers; VII. Drafting Customer Care Letters VIII. Correspondence with Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) and other Public/Government/Semi-Government Authorities IX. Knowledge of SRA, RERA/Real Estate Laws/Property Law X. Research on Property Law/RERA judgments/orders/notices/circulars, updating and advising the Company on the amendments/new requirements and incorporating them in standard drafts or creating new drafts as required by RERA. XI. Although the drafting will be done in English language, the candidate should be able to understand, read and write Marathi in order to check the title of property. Should be able to read and understand the Marathi Agreements, revenue records, mutation entries etc. XII. Should be able to independently do the basic checks / coordination and independently draft various Agreements and contracts. Pl. note that we are not looking out for candidates who have done a copy-paste job of just inserting the details in the drafts. We are looking out for candidates who actually have hands on experience on drafting and framing clauses themselves. XIII. Sincere and hardworking. good team spirit. Taking initiative in doing work. XIV. Maintaining and updating database relating to day to day work and research and judgments.
