Legal Associate - Non Litigation - Hyderabad - Media Firm
Law graduate from Hyderabad with 2+ years of experience with Media & Entertainment Industry can apply with updated resume to Ms. Nancy Chettiar
Job Responsibilities:
- Production houses agreements (License agreement preferred)
- Singer, writer, actor endorsement, cricketers , OOT platforms, Copy write Act
- Drafting and vetting and negotiating film production related agreements, talent agreements such as artist agreements, writer agreements, director agreement, music composer agreements, endorsement agreements, copyright acquisition, licensing agreements etc.
- Drafting and vetting production agreements such as production agreements (with talent), NOCs, etc. for feature and OTT platform deals.
- Drafting and vetting content acquisition agreements such as remake rights agreement, book option agreements etc.
- Script reviews.
- Drafting and vetting financing agreements such as acquisition agreements, co-production agreements, SVOD platform deals.
- Negotiations on the above agreements.
