Learning & Development Enabler Position Overview Job Title: Learning & Development Enabler Location: Jaipur, India Role Description The KYC Standards Policy and Training Specialist would be joining the Global KYC Key Operating Standards (KOS) team.You will be responsible for the end-to-end training of New Hires on KYC topics as well as providing refresher on KYC topics for new and existing staff. Record & maintain 100% of Training records on C2L for audit purposes Partner with Onshore teams to work on E2E projects driven both for global & regional Identify and review innovative training solutions to improve learning experience and to drive efficiency.
