Responsibilities

• Supports the Learning & Development head to identify common training needs for the company
• Learning and Development specialist is responsible for managing all the administrative tasks within Freudenberg Learning Management System - LMS
• Leads internal trainings as trainer, Manages internal and external training resources and channels, Coordinates, organizes and steers training activities according to the training plan
• Continuous development on lean and reliable trainings processes
• Expertise in conducting his/her own area, ensures ownership for standardized processes, policies and related HR systems & tools including responsibility for governance, compliance and controlling demands and change requests
• Leads continuous improvement of processes, policies and related technology towards evolving business needs and efficiency
• Explores and analyzes thought leadership information as well as global market and benchmark data

Qualifications

• College degree or above, ideally in HR related major, Over 3 years HR related work experience
• Have specific qualification for area of expertise, Working Experience in LMS
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of labor and social law
• Good at analytical and customer service orientation
• Fluent in local language and good at written and oral English
• Good understanding of HR IT systems with payroll and Information
