Job Description


WHAT YOU'LL DO


Coordinates and executes regional training programs and training events for AP Consulting teams. Also works closely with global, regional and local Learning and Development teams. You will partner with training program content owners and learning journey owners while managing the training operations independently.
Manage logistics and operations of training programs and learning journey activities, including but not limited to:

  • Manage training schedules
    Manage training registrations and invitations.
    Track attendance and facilitate postponement / cancellation process through both live interactions and e-communications
    Source and secure training locations, venues (hotels, restaurants, other venues) and social events for scheduled program
    Coordinate other logistics for programs, e.g. research for airfare and develop airfare guideline, coordinate ground transportation
    Provide on-site support including on-site logistics and play the role as a program host, with potential to host training opening and closing sessions (Up to 20% travel within Asia is expected, depends on the candidate location)
    Manage external training vendors, including scheduling, logistics, billing and invoicing. Build a good relationship with internal trainers and external training vendors.
    Maintain online training database to reflect the updated training information and attendance tracking
    Manage post-program feedback process including executing surveys, develop feedback summary reports and manage communications with internal and external trainers
    Develop annual budgets for responsible training programs and track actual spending
    Maintain the filing system for training materials and documents
    Negotiate with vendors to secure cost- effective services
    Be a thought partner to the broader team on opportunities to improve operation effectiveness and efficiency; also contribute to opportunities to improve training programs overall
    Help develop the regional training community, answer requests for information & materials and coordinate regular meetings and conference calls
    Manage special projects relating to operations which may involve collaborations with Learning & Development network, People Team and other BST / Consulting Teams.
    Perform additional administrative duties as needed

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)




      • BA/BS degree required. Strong computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
      • 5-6 yrs of experience in learning & development / HR operations or event management
      • Strong passion for learning & development
      • Good experience in a Windows environment
      • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
      • Familiarity with standard business filing procedures and systems
      • Fast learner to pick up new IT system and digital tools (e.g. Egnyte, Slack, Trello, Zoom, etc.)
      • Good presence with confidence and strong verbal & written communication skills
