We are looking for a Regional Learning and Development Coordinator for our Integrated Facility Management business line.
What this job involves
Management and administration of Learning Management System - MyLearning and client's own LMS (deliver as SME for these platforms)
Providing reporting on completion and effectiveness of training activities; managing evaluation for assigned programs
Identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, functional paths, consultation with line managers and Quality Leads.
Collaborating with business leaders at all levels to advise, build and coordinate a variety of learning and development programs and offerings
Proactively working with the core team to identify and resolve issues as a result of changes and indeed Quality improvement requirements
Periodic audit and update of our training plans/program content
Working closely alongside the rest of the Learning & Development team and bring the best of JLL's community to both our client and our client based teams
Management, documentation and continuous development of our 'Buddy Program' and related on-boarding initiatives (including a focus on developing and implementing the shadowing program)
Project work related to Customer Experience program
L&D project work coming from JLL (L&D Account Manager, HRBPs) and account HR team project plan
Owning of our on-boarding content, partnering with the business leads and JLL's learning and development teams to drive consistency and relevant on-boarding for our employees.
All other responsibilities and deliverables commensurate with this level of role

Sound like you? To apply you need to have:
6-8 years of experience with Learning Management Systems, basic project management and Experience of the training cycle including Training Needs Analysis, Training Design, Training Delivery and Evaluation
Proven experience developing and delivering a training platform that utilizes multiple delivery methods (in person coaching, workshops, e-learning, etc.)
L&D, HR experience would be preferable
Good presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence and connect with stakeholders at different levels in the organisation
Proficient planning and organisational skills
Competent use of IT and Microsoft packages - especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel (survey tools and e-learning creation tools - nice to have)
Self-starter, self-motivated
Proactive, flexible, calm, professional approach
