Hiring for Learning And Development Manager

Profile: Learning and Development Manager Experience: 5 - 8 years Location: Jaipur Office Timing: 9:30am - 6:30pm : 1. Analyse workforce training needs, recommend and implement solutions, and evaluate and measure effectiveness. 2. Design and develop programs and curriculum, partner with internal subject matter experts and/ or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives. 3. Coordinate and support all learning programs 4. Design and develop internal communications 5. Have a good hold over Ms Office and designing tools 6. Implement and conduct the staff orientation program and coordinate all necessary communication and logistics. Requirements: 1. Preferably Degree holder in Human Resource Management. 2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. 3. Experience in Org structure, JD development and competency mapping 4. Understanding of assessments and designing templates. 5. Passion to learn and impart knowledge and skills 6. Strong communication skills, with a good ability to build relations with employees and external parties 7. Good presentation skills 8. Good computer skills with MS Office and creative tools.
