: Job Responsibilities:

Developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication
Manage all key system metrics and provide support to all adhoc reports and dashboards.
Analyse processes and identify process improvement enhancement.
Ensure compliance to all guidelines and ensure optimal utilization of all resources.
Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner
Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
Provide ad hoc analysis; formulate conclusions, and present conclusions to management.
Maintaining HC Actuals/Projections, Shrinkage/Attrition Trends and raising alarms when required

Qualifications / Experience:

Sound Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, VBA, SQL, Tableau and WFM Tools (Verint Prefered)
Good Communication Skills both Vocal and Written
Qualifications: Graduate
Typically, 5+ Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with any Reporting Tool in MIS system
