We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, \'anchor\', days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Introduction: The Integration Lead is responsible for leading the end to end process for the design and implementation of system to system interfaces What will you be doing o Complete and clear understanding of the defined business objectives and goals to align to the required operational performance insights and management to meet the desired outcomes. o Lead, direct, manage and report operational performance insights in alignment with the business objectives, goals, and priorities of the overall business o Track performances as described and agreed scorecards and SLAs defined and coordinate with respective project Leads / SPOCs, stakeholders, Business Management & Finance partners to analyse and present holistic view of their performance in terms of cost, scope, time, and governance o Ability to drive a Business Dashboard that drives the above key business and people metrics and ability to present simplistic form using presentations and infographics o Support the senior stakeholder engagements and meeting by preparing insightful materials using Excel, PowerPoint and other tools. This will involve coordinating across TCs and functions o Present insights through a combination of charts, figures and commentary o Candidate should be able to work independently and manage a small team to achieve this o Prepare various dashboard & MI reports to enable decision making and effective control o Capacity creation - providing operational leadership in a programme of work to drive improvements in Technology productivity to enable capacity creation and to deliver more for less, and drive full transparency of Technology costs being consumed right across the firm to enable optimisation of the wider Tech estate. What we\'re looking for: . Excellent data modelling and integration skills in implementation tools including, Studio, EIB, Workday Report Writer, iLoad, Cloud Connect, PICOF and BIRT . Strong knowledge of web services, SOAP, WDSL, REST, WS XML, XSLT or XPATH . A comprehensive understanding of functional knowledge and OOP concepts . Strong stakeholder management and relationship building . Background in data transformation and analytics . Ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data standards and integration related inquiries . Issue & risk management, strong decision making abilities . Any Bachelor\'s/ graduate level degree. Skills that will help you in the role: . Must have 5 to 8 years of experience on Workday . Must have extensive HR and system integrations knowledge .
