Description About the Role: The Data Integration Lead is responsible for designing and developing ETL artifacts using IBM DataStage, as well as implementing SQL solutions in Oracle 11.x or later/SQL server. The role also involves working with large datasets and modern tools like Denodo and DBT (AWS) to ensure efficient and effective data integration. The Data Integration Lead is expected to have strong dimensional modeling knowledge in data warehouse/data mart/data lake architecture, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Responsibilities: Design and develop ETL artifacts using IBM DataStage to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse/data mart/data lake. Implement SQL solutions in Oracle 11.x or later/SQL server to enable efficient querying of large datasets. Work with modern tools like Denodo and DBT (AWS) to improve data integration processes and optimize performance. Apply strong dimensional modeling knowledge to ensure data is properly structured for efficient querying and analysis. Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both orally and in writing, to provide regular updates on project progress and ensure alignment on objectives. Essential Skills: 6 to 9 years of experience in designing and developing ETL artifacts using IBM DataStage. Strong database development skills, particularly implementing SQL solutions in Oracle 11.x or later/SQL server. Good experience with large datasets. Working experience of modern tools like Denodo, DBT (AWS) preferable. Oracle SQL and PL/SQL knowledge is a must. 4+ years of strong dimensional modeling knowledge in data warehouse/data mart/data lake architecture. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant industry certifications, such as IBM DataStage certification, are preferred.
