Grundfos is hiring a back office manager to join the energy optimization team. As a Manager you will be developing and maintaining a global team and specialized group, placed mainly in India - serving Global Grundfos Industry sales (and customers) in all of our 5 regions, i.e IMEA, Europe, Americas, APAC and China , focusing on analyzing energy usage data prepared either from Grundfos colleagues or nominated sales channels. Working closely with global sales and service, frontline end user teams across the division to make sure customers can understand and implement energy conservation measures. Build a team of technical experts Your main responsibility will be the day-to-day management of a group of 5-6 backoffice specialists, all will be hired by the Manager in Chennai, India. In order to deliver on the commitment What is the job about Therefore, you balance your managerial responsibilities with a focus on continuous improvement of methods, processes, functions, deliveries, and competencies within your team. Furthermore, you: Responsible for preparing high standard reports optimized for typical Industrial customers Provide high-level technical support and guidance to colleagues (customers), as well as maintaining records and documentation related to energy optimization projects while support and track progress and results Enable and motivate team to be on the forefront of the global Industry Energy savings agenda, including Scinece Based Target Initiative\'s (SBTi\'s) Net-Zero Standard framework and implementation strategies Being a catalyst for an iterative process that needs constant attention and clear leadership managing energy optimization across the Industry division in Grundfos Collaborate and utilize tools, processs and ways of working across other similar teams Support and coach team to deliver the highest service level to optimize impact and value generation, while enable relationships and establish key points of contact at various levels throughout Grundfos Align on a recurrent base with cross divisional EOBO\'s Participating in industry relevant events and training opportunities Key Success Factors Key KPI\'s are typically measured by response rate, quality and sales conversion rates Showcasing a solid presence with a proficiency in building rapport quickly and establishing trust Hands-on experience with Energy optimization in a global environment Ability to organize priorities and remain super organized Ability to understand each customer and their unique business needs Recruiting, managing, and setting up structures, processes to enable your team to focus on Technical analysis of energy project requests Develop and design the most optimized technical solutions according to our customers critical metrics, requirements and needs in high focus on energy savings Calculate energy savings, CO2 reduction as well as relevant financial metrics Use specific software tools, create energy reports including all relevant metrics & detailed solution Provide (high-level) technical support to ensure maximum energy business outcomes Liaise with different stakeholders ensuring a full aligned coordination between teams Coach local sales teams to raise the bar for energy optimization business strategies, tools, and processes Your background: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in engineering or equivalent, having at least 12 years of relevant experience in a global organization, including 5 years of team-handling experience Autonomous person that knows when to ask for support In-depth knowledge of hydraulic & energy efficiency measures A significant background in energy efficiency, energy optimization, engineering, or a related field within the industrial sector is required for this role Good presentation skills to global audience Good in English communication Hindi speaking would be an added advantage Experience working with change management Reporting Recruiting and maintaining a team of approx. 5-6 highly skilled professionals, the position is part of the backoffice team Your main collaboration partners are global sales & service sales team, service team and country president, managers within other divisions in the companies, and technical staff (companies and Group).
