Communication and Design - Lead/Manager

Must Have Skills :

- Communication and Design

- Brand guidelines and graphic design standards

- Design projects like: Brochures, digital designs, booths, standees, backdrops, easels, posters, website layouts, templates, emailers

- Image and video editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustration, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, Figma Dreamweaver, Canva

- Internal and External communication for news/events

- Create marketing assets

- Video creation, post production and 2D/3D animation

- Visual effect and colour correction

Requirements :

- Should have worked with content, product marketing, social and regional marketing teams to create marketing assets that fit the tone of their marketing campaigns and incorporate information into designs to accurately reflect the vision of the company

- Should be adept at video creation, post production and 2D/3D animation along with visual effect and colour correction

- Should have conceptualized and executed event based themes and created all the required elements as per the brand guidelines

- Develop design projects like brochures, digital designs, booths, standees, backdrops, easels, posters, website layouts, templates, emailers, unique branded looks and presentations for customer sales and marketing

- Created brand guidelines and graphic design standards for marketing assets, which improved brand consistency across all the teams in organization and streamlined graphic designing process

- Managed budgets and collaborated with the third-party agencies (both offshore and onshore) to successfully deliver the final production of big ticket events with a strong understanding of digital and print-ready artwork

- Should be a brand custodian with an eye for detail and all customer facing collaterals should have a final check from the designer

- Should also manage internal and external communication for all news/events for Qyrus with regular communication to be sent to the larger team

- Should have hands on experience with image and video editing tools like Adobe, Photoshop, Illustration, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, Figma Dreamweaver, Canva to name a few

- Should work closely with internal stakeholders to get the work done in terms of scripts and other design concepts
