Role Overview:
As the Lead Manager at DesignerShala, you will be responsible for handling all inbound and outbound communications for leads, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, and will play a critical role in shaping their first impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all inbound and outbound communications for leads, including email, phone, and chat
Respond promptly and professionally to all lead inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about our courses and services
Qualify leads and prioritize follow-up activities based on their level of interest and engagement
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead nurturing campaigns and strategies
Monitor and analyze lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ensure that all lead data is accurately recorded and maintained in our CRM system
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives as needed
Maintain a strong understanding of our courses and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a similar lead management or customer service role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other marketing and sales tools
Passion for design and design education
