Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules. . Responsibility shall include overall Mechanical site management, Interfacing with client on Site matters, Monitoring the vendors and Manpower. . Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. . Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required. . Have to read mechanical drawing and plan E&C activities in accordance with that. . Need to have exposer of 70+cr project of piping and equipment erection inside refinery. . Have to handle a large team of workmen supplied from vendor or labor contractor . Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean . Preparing materials and tools list required to work on site and arranging necessary fabrication equipment\'s and lifting equipment\'s from near by location . Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. . Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients. . Gathering data, quality documentation, compiling reports and preparing hand over documents, on site as per given formats and Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS . Diploma/B.E. in mechanical engineering is must. . Candidate should have experience in Structural & Equipment erection and Tanks with knowledge pertaining to majority of equipment used at a large industrial project site. . Diverse project experience in engineering, procurement, construction, project management and controls activities. . Sound knowledge of Engineering drawing reading is must. . 10-12 years of experience executing capital projects. Preference given to experience in oil and gas. . You should be able to analyse equipment wise operating costs, be well conversant with the latest technology and advancements in the field of equipment erection and structural engineering. . Exposure to more than one of the following aspects of project execution (engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, brownfield execution, turnarounds, international project management assignments). . Exposure to client like IOCL,HPCL,BPCL.
