Responsibilities

Should be deeply familiar with overall company goals and product roadmap, and ensure team is organized and focused on the right goals and priorities to maximize results.
Translate business requirements, inputs from clients into design solutions.
Direct and manage UX - projects- from conceptualization through till user testing.
Maximize opportunities for innovativeness towards the product development efforts.
Review UX design and support the technical development teams to accurately implement in the solution.
Provide customer-focused leadership by working closely with management, product management and technical teams to develop product strategy, use cases, and high-level requirements.

Skills Required

5+ years of managing a successful design team.
Must have 9+ years of applied UX/UI experience in B2B and B2C.
Must be an advocate for design thinking, who is able to evangelize design and explain the ROI on product design investment to stakeholders
Must have Expert level knowledge familiarity with technical aspects of UX across web and desktop platforms. It will be added an advantage to have proficiency in iOS, Android and cross platform.
Experience of working in offshore development model and capable of presenting the design and architecture to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualification

A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic, Web or other Design related concentration from an accredited educational institution.
