For more information visit our website and portfolio. About The Job We are seeking an experienced Lead/ Assistant Manager - L&D and Resources Management to join our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure the smooth operation of our company. This will go hand in hand with L&D requirements so we have created this role with joint responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of relevant experience in resource management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: Develop and implement learning and development (L&D) and resource management strategies. Collaborate with business heads, Technical leads to understand the Training need analysis Conducting Soft skill training such as Communication, email etiquettes, corporate etiquettes etc. Finalizing the training content with CTO and Technical Head\'s guidance Preparing training calendar Monitoring training delivery and taking training feedbacks for measuring training effectiveness Supporting in Skill Matrix such as Creation, updating skills and certifications, maintaining training records. Allocate resources (including staff and equipment) to projects based on project needs, skill sets, and availability Monitor resource utilization and project progress, and make adjustments as needed Provide regular resource utilization reports to senior management Conduct regular assessments of resource utilization and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Facilitate communication between project managers and development teams to ensure that resources are being used effectively Sync up on regional project information with the head of allocation Identify potential resource constraints and proactively address them to minimize project delays and disruptions. Implement and maintain resource management tools and software to facilitate efficient resource planning and tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in resource management. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in resource management practices and technologies. Must have: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Proven experience as a L&D professional with visibility of resource allocation role for at least 2+ years. Planning, managing and delivering (soft skills ) training programs Hands on experience in resource optimization - Allocated and available resource analysis Experience in bench management, including identifying opportunities for bench utilization and minimizing bench periods. Experience in training management, including identifying training needs and coordinating training programs. Strategic analysis of demand and supply of resources as per business needs Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines. Work with the Engineering, Project Management, and Sales & Accounts Teams to ensure that all projects are properly allocated Deal with ad hoc allocation requests Strong understanding of Financial and budgeting based on the business requirements. Strong understanding of resource allocation methodologies and best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using resource management tools and software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Nice to have: Experience in using JIRA Dashboard Experience in Resource Optimization. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to resource management, RMG (e.g., labor laws, health and safety regulations) is a plus.
