Main Purpose: This role has the following key areas of focus:
Content development - develop impactful presentations and digital content (e-learning, video content) to accentuate internal communication and learning
L&D engagements – manage and administer L&D communication campaigns reaching thousands of global staff
Learning administration – managing all L&D related administrative tasks, global learning calendar, schedules and feedback
MIS – manage L&D feedback/completion reports, L&D data and provide analysis for internal use
Competency management and administration – training needs analysis for departments globally
Support training project needs – provide support for all L&D projects
Employ quality control processes in projects to ensure accuracy
Query resolution - manage the MyLearning mailbox, handle employee queries and act as a point of contact for the global L&D team.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: This role requires specific competencies for management of L&D tasks and engagement with stakeholders:
Content development, including storyboarding, design documents for E-learning (SCORM) and other content
Hands-on knowledge of content authoring tools – Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, Go Animate, PowerPoint, etc.
Adobe authoring tools, strong Excel & other technical skills is a plus
Instructional design experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills including creative written English
Flair for writing compelling blogs and desire to impact and improve company culture
A strong interest in technology and upcoming global trends
Marketing skills is a plus
Stakeholder management/engagement at a global level
Vendor analysis, engagement and administration
Key Responsibilities Content & program development
Develop digital learning courses and content in the form of videos, e-learning, etc.
Design courses, pre-reads and other learning material for all workshops
Creation of surveys and assessments
Maintenance of and updating the internal L&D workspace
Develop impactful presentations to accentuate internal communication
Employ quality control processes in projects to ensure accuracy
Intranet repository management
Learning administration
Manage and administer courses and digital learning campaigns on the Global L&D system
Maintenance of the global L&D training calendar
End to end training session management (virtual and face to face)
Managing the MyLearning mailbox (internal communications)
Participate in other L&D initiatives as a project resource as required
Learning campaigns and communication blasts
Research and provide inputs on relevant topics for L&D communication blasts for global audiences
Brainstorm ideas, develop and send learning campaigns
To work closely with Corporate Affairs with a view to create better engagement with staff globally via L&D campaigns
Administer and manage all activities
Conduct audits, reviews and ensure all quality control measures are undertaken before campaign launches
MIS of various activities
Reports and Analytics
Manage all internal training data, analysis on monthly/quarterly/annual/ or as required
Ensure accuracy at all times
Develop and publish learning reports as required
