Title: Role - L3 Support- Technical Lead

To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks' financial instruments. To further enhance merchants' business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

Expectations/ Requirements

6-8 Years' Experience is required in Linux + Vas Services.

Hands on with ss7 protocols - MAP and INAP.

Able to define the protocol related issues independently.

Must be sound with basic Linux troubleshooting

On demand Mysql query formation and shell scripting.

Sound Knowledge of VOIP/SIP and Python will be an added advantage.

Should be having knowledge of GSM Network, VAS products & Call Flows.

Working knowledge of SMSC/USSD/PCN/IN Products.Should have knowledge of SS7 (ISUP, MAP), SMPP, TCP/IP, E1's/CIC etc.

Should have knowledge or working experience on OS (Windows and Linux).

Should have knowledge or working experience on Network (LAN / WAN).

Should have knowledge of Unix / Linux platforms.
