We are looking for candidates for the roles of Key Account Manager for one of our clients at the Mumbai (Goregaon) location.Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and aligning them with our service Identify opportunities for revenue growth (cross sale and up sale)
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Take feedback from clients to enhance our services.
- Handle concerns raised by key clients and maintain positive relationships.
