Summary
Required Qualifications
- Hands on experience in HMC/TMC & 5 Axis machine(Mazak & Integrex).
- Operating Knowledge on Mazatrol and 840D control systems.
- Hands on experience in Mazak and DMG mori machine centres.
- Knowledge in mill and turn tool assembly.
- Excellent drawing reading abilities
- Expertise in GD&T
- Interpretation skills of CMM reports and program correction
- Expertise in SET changeovers with hands on experience in WPC calculations.
- Experience in setting and using of bore gauges and gauge masters
- Experience in reading and interpretation of QDAS reports and rum charts.
- Education- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
