Job Summary
The Position Junior Engineer – Equipment will be based in Chennai Industrial Park.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do

• Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
• Should have experienced in Troubleshooting SMT Machines
• Build and perform maintenance on electronic or mechanical equipment’s of SMT machine
• Should have troubleshooting experience for Printer, SPI Pick and place, AOI, Reflow machines
• Troubleshoot equipment using a variety of tools and methods.
• Should be skilled in ASM Pick & Place programming and trouble shooting.
• Good knowledge in basic Lean manufacturing and should be able to meet quality standards
• Should have 5S and six sigma white belt
• Must have Analytical skills and must be a quick repair knowledge
• Should be experienced in Conveyor maintenance and troubleshooting
• Required basic PLC knowledge

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)

• Min 3+ years of similar experience.
• Strong experience in SMT machine maintenance (Screen printer, DEK Printer, Wave soldering)
• Experience in pick & place machine programing and trouble shooting

Here are a few of our preferred experiences

• Preferably Diploma / B.E./B.Tech
• Knowledge in Automated Optical Inspection
• Team handling experience is a must
• Ability to lead shift operations
