Job Description

We are seeking Mechanical /Chemical Junior Engineer to join operations department. The operation involves crude and gas well head operations, processing and Crude oil transportation by road tanker and gas to meet production quotas while maintaining sales specifications. Work would be field based for junior engineer, supporting efficient and reliable operation for static and rotating equipment with a stringent adherence to safety practices and SOPs outlined by the company. Must have a Diploma in Engineering Mechanical / Chemical. Must have minimum 3 years similar industry experience, oil and gas industry Field based job, site location Gujarat- Ahmedabad area. Jr. Engineer would be reporting to Senior Engineer / Deputy Manager. Candidate should have good communication skills in English and Hindi. local language would be an added advantage. Individual should be technically sound, self-driven and motivated to handle duties Following are the key responsibilities for Jr. Engineer but not limited to be list mentioned below: - Ensure all routine and nonroutine operation maintenance activities are performed as per SOP s outlined by the company. Ensure Permit to work procedure is followed without any deviation. Ensure that job safety analysis (JSA) is discussed before all critical activities and toolbox talk conducted before execution of the job. Trouble shooting of Static/Rotating process equipment, artificial lift (SRPs) and well Ensure safe handling chemicals, oil, gas and other hazardous substances. Ensure strict compliance for segregation and safe disposal Key member of the Emergency management response team and active participation in periodic drills. Ensure that all the employees, contractors, security, and staff are trained in emergency response and firefighting. Shall carry out day to day inspection of process equipment and firefighting Ensure all crude lab testing schedule is done as per the field requirements in a safe
