Process Automation Specialist

- Learn and become expert in automation and process management tools

- Conduct E2E solution development activities such as requirements analysis, design, development, testing and support activities

- You will be developing workflow solutions to simplify process operations for our service centers

- You will stay on top of current business and industry trends and explore next generation technologies such as machine learning, cognitive computing, intelligent system and apply them in solving day to day business problems

- Execute the Process and Technical aspects of the project and produce solutions for the implementation of automations being responsible for the development of the solutions, while supporting the testing activities, and production deployment

- Work closely with business partners to understand, identify and support automation opportunities by leading the design of the automated solution and building out the technical components

- Identify downstream applications that will be incorporated into the solution and design the method that the applications will interact with the software

- Collaborate with Senior Manager and Director Operations Automation and Technology & Operations partners to create designs for performance and production readiness, including user acceptance testing, understanding of operational risks and contingencies, identifying and addressing IT concerns and challenges

- Work closely with the project team, business and technology partners to ensure that your functional and technical design will meet the requirements of the business and comply with internal IT standards and guidelines.
