We are seeking a highly motivated IT Technical Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison for all IT-related issues and projects within the Hyderabad region. This role involves managing IT escalations, leading IT projects, and overseeing a team of local IT support engineers. The IT Technical Manager will report directly to the Regional CIO and work closely with the Hyderabad GCD management team to ensure the seamless operation of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT escalations in the Hyderabad region, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Lead and manage IT projects, collaborating with internal teams and external Managers to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of local IT support engineers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Work closely with the Hyderabad GCD management team to align IT services with business goals and requirements.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that support the organization\'s objectives, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, maintaining the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
Managerial Skills:
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong project management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to addressing challenges and driving improvements.
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, including administration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Citrix systems and their deployment in enterprise environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of network technologies, including LAN/WAN, firewall, and security practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies, Citrix, or network management are highly desirable.
