IT PROJECT MANAGERBatish Technologies Private Limited, a Chandigarh based IT Solutions Company is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager. Successful candidate will work on international projects and will be responsible for end-to-end project management and service delivery.Company: Batish Technologies Pvt. Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Managing projects and providing technical expertise on mid to large-scale IT projects.
• Development of all deliverables, status reports and other work products.
• Plan and oversee all project work and develop/manage any potential organizational change management strategies or processes that might be needed.
• Support the goals and outcomes of the project stakeholders.
• Develop, manage, and update Project Plan and other project documents (e.g., Communication Plan, Risk Plan, Stakeholder Register, Resource Plan)
• Develop, manage, and update the execution of the Project Schedule to ensure project scope and applicable milestones are met.
• Provide management oversight of project budget.
• Develop and deliver regular status reporting.
• Facilitate change order process.
• Identifies, tracks, and manages project risks; including coordination for risk mitigation.
• Identifies, tracks, and manages project issues; including coordination for issue resolution.
• Establish a response and track the response to project recommendations (e.g., Quality Assurance (QA) vendor recommendations)
• Provide ongoing communication (e.g., email, meetings) to provide project status.
• Review project and related operational processes and provide input for improvement by implementing relevant lean or agile strategies.
• Conduct Agile Project Management and Organizational Change Management workshops.

Desired Candidate's profile:

• 5 + years of prior project management experience using both Agile and Waterfall techniques in IT related projects for operations, infrastructure, and application development projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with diverse business and technical team members in a strong team-oriented environment.
• B. Tech - Computers / Master's degree in Computer science.
• Certified Scrum Master.
• PMP Certification.
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certification.
• QA and Validation experience preferred.
• Software Development and / or Software testing background preferred.
• Experience working with SaaS solutions such as Office 365, including MS Office Suite, MS-Teams, Slack, Jira, Confluence, MS - project, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange.
• Experience creating MS - PowerPoint, Visio and Adobe PDF documents.
• Ability to multi-task with good organizational and time management capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills to create and present requirements, plans, and supporting documentation.
• Proven experience with executing enterprise-level technology projects.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and SDLC.
• Solid technical background with understanding of Active Directory, Database Systems, Networking, support of Windows-based workstations, Mobile devices, and Web technologies.
• Demonstrated people facing and client service experience.
• Must be comfortable to Work in Night Shift.
